Every Body Plus specializes in fun fitness for all bodies, offering a variety of class types that are a great workout with something for everyone.
We make each our own, so your experience is never traditional or standard. This is your workout, and you can make it what you want. We are not an impersonal massive gym, but a like-minded community, so it feels like you’re coming in and working out with friends.
Better Together Fitness Classes
Barre, Pilates, Yoga & Mobility Stretching.
Work on engaging your core and toning your muscles. Our wide variety of unique mat classes are led by expert instructors and designed to help you build core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture while leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.
Pilates
Challenges your body and mind. Our classes help you to reduce stress and improve your overall sense of well-being.

Mobility + Stretching
Improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion, and alleviate tightness and muscle soreness from too much sitting.

Barre unbound
A non-traditional barre class incorporating upbeat music and dynamic movements without a bar that gives you a full-body workout while improving your flexibility and balance.

Pilates + Yoga
This class is designed to include 40 minutes of mat pilates and 20 minutes of yoga flow sequence to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall mind-body connection.
Duration: 60 minutes

Better Together Fitness Classes
Pole & Fitness.
Try a fun, empowering, and challenging workout in a range of levels to help you move from beginner to mastery! Throughout the class, we emphasize safety and proper technique to ensure you progress safely and confidently. Pole classes are at your own pace, and our instructors will let you know when you're ready to advance levels.
Pole – intro/Level 1
Beginner - Little or no pole experience
Learn basic spins and holds, including body positioning, hand and foot placement, and maintaining proper form. Plus learn basic spins, holds, poses, and intro to climbs.
Duration: 45 minutes
Pole – Level 2
Not beginner friendly. Intermediate students
Learn inverts, advanced spins, such as the cross ankle release, the inside leg hang, as well as more complex transitions and combinations. We will also introduce new grips and poses, plus learn advanced spins, complex transitions, and combinations.
Duration: 60 minutes
Pole – Level 3
Not beginner friendly. Intermediate to Advanced students
Perfecting and introducing new challenging pole moves, transitions, combos, and techniques that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall pole skills. Plus mastering over 150 moves.
Duration: 60 minutes
Pole Conditioning
Pole conditioning incorporates various exercises targeting different muscle groups, including cardio, plyometrics, and pole strength training. We solely focus on the usage of the pole to enhance exercises, by incorporating pull-ups, push-ups, and ab work, improving strength and endurance.
Duration: 45 minutes
Pole Flow + Freestyle
Pole Freestyle is open to all levels and designed to help you develop inspired freestyle sessions and smooth combos, while building your confidence and encourage creativity.
Duration: 60 minutes

Spin.
It’s a dance party on the bike! We ride to the beat and include choreography throughout the session. We take your cycling experience to a whole new level, and it’s not just about the ride. At times we also incorporate an arms workout using resistance bands, giving you a well rounded workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Our classes will challenge and inspire you.
Express Spin
A unique and efficient half hour option with all of the intensity of a full class, but action-packed with adrenaline while saving time.
Duration: 30 minutes
SPIN
Expect tap backs, push ups, jumps, and more in this choreo-packed rhythm ride. Disco lights and at times, music videos play in the dark with surround sound and immersive beats to get you started and keep you going.
Duration: 45 minutes
SPIN + Strength
Our cross spin class plus a series of strength-building exercises using free weights, resistance bands, TRX bands, and other equipment to get well-round workout while on the bike.

Better Together Fitness Classes
TRX & strength Training.
Push yourself to go further with strength training. TRX uses your own body weight as resistance, and our AAA+: Arms, Abs, and ASSets bootcamp class will challenge your strength, stamina, and endurance. No matter your fitness level, you can join the fun and work at your own pace.
AAA+: ARMS, ABS, ASSETS
This variation of Bootcamp precisely targets and strengthen your arms, abs, and glutes. A bench and weights are typically used to for this weight lifting class.
Duration: 45 minutes
Bootcamp
In this class, you will move from station to station, each station lasting for one minute. We will use a variety of equipment and such as battle ropes, step boxes, free weights, bosu balls, medicine weighted balls, bikes, resistance bands, trx straps, and body weight exercises to give you a full-body workout.
Duration: 30-40 minutes
TRX + Strength
A high-intensity workout that utilizes TRX straps, free weights, and other equipment to challenge your strength, endurance, and stability. We will lead you through a combination of bodyweight and resistance exercises that target all major muscle groups.

Step Aerobics & Dance.
Push to the next level with dance classes and high-energy aerobics that are so fun you'll forget your working out. During Step, we use targeted exercises to strengthen and tone your abs, obliques, and lower back to build a strong and stable foundation. Oh and dance, did someone say Zumba or Turn Up Dance Fitness!?
Step
Our step classes are not your typical class because we incorporate hand weights to tone and strengthen your arms and use upbeat music to keep you moving.

Zumba
Join us for a sassy Caribbean inspired Zumba class, led by expert instructors. Get ready to dance to Latin rhythms, burn calories and feel confident and energized. Perfect for Zumba pros or newbies looking to try something new.

Turn Up Dance Fitness
It’s like a night out dancing but a workout. Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness format; it's a movement—to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly, and own our greatness together. This high-energy fun-filled session is a combination of HipHop & Twerk for a full-body workout
