Every Body Plus is Buffalo’s award-winning boutique Pilates, and fitness studio, where movement is fun, approachable, and tailored for every kind of body.
In our modern two-story space downtown, you’ll find one of the most diverse class lineups in Western New York. Everything from: Pilates, Yoga, Barre, dynamic Bootcamps & Boxing, Dance fitness favorites like Turn Up, Zumba and best of all, Pole, Pole Fitness & Pole Dance classes, all specialty offerings found at only a handful of studios in the region, let alone in an all-in-one chic boutique members-only based studio. When the weather warms up, we take the experience even higher with energizing rooftop classes overlooking our beautiful city. We always keep things fresh and constantly look for unique ways to expand our offerings!

Pop-ups… well… is a Pop-up Class! They’re fun periodically scheduled sessions not usually taught on that specific day
Workshops are scheduled and meant for focused learning to teach you something new
Events are unique 90 min. blocks which usually include guests, collaborations or unique theme
Showcases are usually performed quarterly and are themed performances celebrating individually and empowerment, attended by larger audiences
Private Parties: Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, divorce parties or a ladies night out! We offer fresh options to the scene with fun salsa or bachata lessons, sexy pole, heels dance, chair choreography, twerk, or any formal workshop workout of your choice for just: $375*
