Every Body Plus specializes in fun fitness for all bodies, offering a variety of class types that are a great workout with something for everyone.
We make each our own, so your experience is never traditional or standard. This is your workout, and you can make it what you want. We are not an impersonal massive gym, but a like-minded community, so it feels like you’re coming in and working out with friends.

Our wide variety of unique mat classes are led by expert instructors and designed to help you build core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture while leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.
Pilates
Experience the transformative power of Pilates in our mat-based classes, designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. Depending on the instructor, we offer either classical or contemporary Pilates styles, providing a well-rounded approach to fitness. Our classes not only challenge your body and mind but also help reduce stress and elevate your overall well-being.

Mobility + Stretching
Very relaxing and slow paced stretch class. Improve your flexibility, increase range of motion, and alleviate tightness/muscle soreness. You'll also benefit from enhanced mental clarity and stress reduction, fostering a sense of tranquility that extends beyond the physical benefits, promoting overall well-being and relaxation.
Duration: 45 minutes
Barre unbound
A non-traditional barre class incorporating upbeat music and dynamic movements without a bar that gives you a full-body workout while improving your flexibility and balance. We also offer a fusion class of Barre and Pilates.
Duration: 45-60 minutes
YOGA
We offer a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Restorative, and Power Yoga, along with unique fusion classes that blend multiple techniques for a well-rounded practice. Designed to enhance flexibility, release tension, and restore balance, this class is the ultimate reset for both body and mind.
Looking for something slower-paced? Try our Mobility & Stretch classes for a deeper focus on flexibility and joint health.

Pole & Fitness.
Try a fun, empowering, and challenging workout in a range of levels to help you move from beginner to mastery! Throughout the class, we emphasize safety and proper technique to ensure you progress safely and confidently. Pole classes are at your own pace, and our instructors will let you know when you're ready to advance levels.
Pole – Level 1
Beginner - Little or no pole experience
Perfect for complete beginners or those with little experience. Stay grounded as you learn pole walks & pirouette, basic grips, and beginner spins (such as fireman, front hook, back hook, attitude spin, fan kick, and more)—all at floor level. No climbing or inverting in this class. Focus on building foundational skills and confidence.
Duration: 60 minutes
Pole – Level 2
Pre-Intermediate
For those who have completed at least 3 beginner classes and mastered at least 5 floor spins. You'll start learning how to climb the pole and pole sits, focusing on becoming more comfortable with fluidity and simple combos. Emphasis on smooth transitions and confidence with spins and climbs.
No inverts or upside-down moves yet (that is Level 3). Classes move at your own pace, and instructors will guide you when you're ready to advance!

Pole – Level 3
Intermediate/Advanced Students
Designed for students who can already climb confidently. This level focuses on complex transitions, inverts, and advanced skills. You'll continue building strength and control as you work on more intricate pole techniques. Plus mastering over 150 moves.

Pole Conditioning
Pole Conditioning is included into every Pole Class in our studio. It incorporates various exercises targeting different muscle groups, including cardio, plyometrics, and pole strength training. We solely focus on the usage of the pole to enhance exercises, by incorporating pull-ups, push-ups, and ab work, improving strength and endurance.

Pole CHOREOGRAPHY
Offered as a pop-up class, this session requires completion of at least 3 beginner pole dance classes.

Push yourself to go further with strength training. TRX uses your own body weight as resistance, and our AAA+: Arms, Abs, and ASSets bootcamp class will challenge your strength, stamina, and endurance. No matter your fitness level, you can join the fun and work at your own pace.
AAA+: ARMS, ABS, ASSETS
This variation of Bootcamp precisely targets and strengthen your arms, abs, and glutes. A bench and weights are typically used to for this weight lifting class.

Bootcamp
In this class, you will move from station to station or work independently. We will use a variety of equipment and such as battle ropes, step boxes, free weights, bosu balls, medicine weighted balls, resistance bands, trx straps, and body weight exercises to give you a full-body workout.

TRX + Strength
A high-intensity workout that utilizes TRX straps, free weights, and other equipment to challenge your strength, endurance, and stability. We will lead you through a combination of bodyweight and resistance exercises that target all major muscle groups.

Yes, it’s a dance class with a fitness twist. Move to fun Hip-Hop, R&B, and Latin beats in a full-body workout that feels more like a party. No dance experience is needed—just bring your energy and get ready to turn up! You’ll have so much fun, you'll forget you’re even working out.
Step
Offered as a pop-up class. Our unique step classes incorporate hand weights to tone and strengthen your arms while upbeat music keeps you energized. This engaging class is offered as a pop-up session

Zumba
Join us for a sassy Latin & Caribbean inspired Zumba class, led by expert instructors. Get ready to dance to Latin rhythms, burn calories and feel confident and energized. Perfect for Zumba pros or newbies looking to try something new. This engaging class is offered as a pop-up session. Turn Up Dance which is similar is offered weekly.

Turn Up Dance Fitness
It’s like a night out dancing but a workout. Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness format; it's a movement—to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly, and own our greatness together. This high-energy fun-filled session is a combination of HipHop & Twerk for a full-body workout
